- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer regularly scheduled midday walks at a discounted rate. We are professionals and our prices will reflect the training, certifications, experience and cost of maintaining a business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up an online profile for you and your pet. You’ll answer a few questions about your pet and their routine. Next, we’ll schedule an in person meet and greet. This is where we will go over the information you provided. Meet you and your pet. We will go over food/water/treats/medicine location and administration details, access details (Keys on file, alarm codes or lockbox), harness/leash location, cleaning procedures, online/mobile app scheduling and payments. Lastly, You schedule your visits online or through our mobile app, anytime!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed, bonded and insured professional pet care service provider. We are Animal CPR & First Aid Certified through Red Cross. We receive ongoing educational resources and training as a member of PSA, Pet Sitters Association. Our pet sitters have ample hands on experience, coming from pet care backgrounds including boarding and vet tech assistance.
