- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable based on the situation. I often do 1 hour exercises for free if their are long term potential clients in the audience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For long term clients I often do an initial 2 day launch with the executive team. Their are short initial discovery meetings and phone call. On going I have check in calls and quarterly all day off site meetings to reset the quarterly plan and fill in more of the long term plan for their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Gazelles Certified Coach and have practiced for 15 years.
