- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparency, therefore, I pass on all designer discounts to my clientele. Passing on discounts allows my clients to make smarter purchases and takes the pressure off both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial meeting with my clients and just listen to their needs, desires, and dreams. I have strong listening skills that allow me to deliver excellent client service for interiors and projects. I am a huge fan of candid conversations and transparency. I have found that this process makes my clients trust me, my skills, and my abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two bachelor's degrees and they are as follows: *Bachelors of Business Administration *Bachelors of Arts - Interior Design I have five years of on-the-job training on private homes, multi-family units, development properties, office build outs, and big commercial projects.
