- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, every customer is different and every home is different. We price our job on a per customer basis. It is customized to their needs and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to let the customer talk & let me know exactly what they want done. Once they have explained every thing to me, then I ask questions to make sure I understand what their expectations are. After that I give them a firm price quote and explain to them that the only way our price will change is if they, the customer, either add on an area or item or take one off. We do not price gouge and we do not swap & bait like some other companies do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified with the IICRC which is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification company. Our certifications are in carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, mold remediation & applied structural drying, along with water & fires restoration.
