- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but as with anything there is always room for special exceptions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client, we can meet over coffee (and/or pastries) to discuss your needs and how I can best meet them. Also, it serves as an excuse to eat yummy treats.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As stated before, about 100 weddings worth of learning what to do and what not to do. I have a degree in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio where learned about the intricacies of design, where my eye for layout and composition found a spark for new opportunities.
