- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly fee for cooking instruction is $60.00. standard pricing for functions of 10-25 people is 15.00- 20.00 per person and my drop off for events is negotiable. this does not include 50/50 price schedule
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A sit down if necessary will be scheduled, we will go over all the specifics to the nature of your needs, the size of your function, what will be needed as far as material, we will handle all the ordering needs soon as an amount is agreed on. 50/50 payment plan is the most common way customers like to go, half now half on completion of the job... a follow up contact will be sent out to you and you receive a discount on your next function and discounts if we are referred by you to a friend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in the field. I have been trained by veteran chefs hailing from C.I.A, Johnson and Wales and chefs from abroad including Vietnam, Italy and France... no formal training my passion and willingness to be my own boss is the driving force to my small guy success.
