- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each video requires specific preparation, shooting hours and editing time. In meeting a new client, we always break down our costs so that they understand the cost per services, and we often establish Corporate Partnerships so that we can offer discounted prices for those that work with us on a consistent basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call! In order to provide a high quality video that reflects the values, work ethic and personality of a client, we always take the time to get to know them and their specific goals for their videos or photos. Often times, our clients are representing their own clients and it's important for us to understand how they work with their clients so that we can be properly represent them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nicki graduated NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2005 and has since directed and produced documentaries and music videos both in the U.S. and abroad. Her work has been featured on MTV, VH1, National Geographic, SXSW and more.
