I recently had the great fortune to work with master photographer Marc Pagani of NOLA Boudoir Studio for a boudoir photo shoot. My experience was truly far beyond this site's 5-star "outstanding" rating cap.
From the start, Marc was customer focused. He was flexible with scheduling and was able to accommodate my shoot a week later than originally planned. Before the shoot, Marc talked with me about the whole process and obviously listened to my input (it shows in the photos). He also talked down my nerves quite a bit which I needed! During the shoot, Marc was very professional but still managed to make something initially nerve racking into a fun, beautiful, sexy experience. I was also grateful that Marc has mastered the art of directing his subjects so they look their best on camera, but delicately enough to still feel great while mostly naked!
My shoot took place at Marc's home studio. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it really was perfect. Different settings in different rooms offered a range of styles, and the lack of clutter (unlike my house) let me be the focus of the photos.
As far as the photos go...just WOW! I'm pretty sure I don't look as good in real life as I do in those photos. Marc truly is an artist. He told me he didn't photoshop my gallery, which is so hard to believe because the photos are so amazing! Just another testament to his talent. Also Marc knew I wanted to use the photos to make a book as a gift to my boyfriend. He was so amazing to work with my deadline and have my entire gallery ready in crazy fast time...I think a week!
Overall, every step of the process substantially exceeded any expectations I had when considering this shoot. But beyond the details of the shoot and the photos themselves, I'm grateful to Marc for providing an experience that gave me a different kind of confidence and really made me feel beautiful. Thank you Marc!
P.S. My boyfriend must have loved the photos too...we are now engaged :)

We visited NOLA for our anniversary and I wanted to do something special for my husband. I decided on a boudoir shoot that he could be a part of. It was his present and I thought it would be fun for him to have a choice in what I wore, poses, etc. I chose NOLA Boudoir Studio and was very surprised at the quick response I received from Marc. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in booking a makeup artist for me. When we arrived at the shoot I was blown away at how beautiful the studio (Marc's home) was. Marc was very accommodating and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. He made my husband and I a drink and we all hung out while I had my makeup done and kind of discussed some ideas we had in mind. When it came to the shoot itself Marc was very professional and never made me feel uncomfortable in the least bit. He also made my husband feel included by asking his thoughts or trying his and my suggestions. My husband and I couldn't wait to get the pictures and to our surprise Marc emailed us the link about 5 days later. The photos were phenomenal. Marc did a fantastic job, I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! I love them and am so glad I chose NOLA Boudoir Studio, I highly recommend Marc to anyone who is looking for a photographer!

Marc was a pleasure to work with.
Boudoir photo shoots can be difficult for some ppl but I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would love to work with him in the future. The photos were impeccable.

I was very happy with Marc as my photographer. When my another photographer flaked on our appointment, he came through for me. He was a great listener and helped me achieve an even greater end product than I envisioned. He was professional, prompt, listened to my wants and needs, and provided excellent art direction. My partner was also pleased with the final product. I will be a returning to him as a future customer.

What an awesome experience! Marc was fantastic. I was so nervous doing a boudoir shoot; it is very much out of my comfort zone! I am a plus sized woman and wanted to do these for my fiance. From the second I arrived I felt comfortable and the make up artist he hired was fun and did a great job. When I got my pictures I was in shock - they were AMAZING!!! He made me look sexy and I can't wait to give these to my fiance on our wedding night!
