Introduction: With over 12 years on experience in food and beverage, it's an honor for me to work with people one on one to use my knowledge to create something truly special for their family or event as a private chef. I started out as an artist and pasty chef which truly influences my creations. My goal is to provide beautiful, nutritious, diet-specific meals that my clients will love!
I am a certified chef in sanitary practice, nutrition and anatomy as well as a certified sommelier.

Lionheart Foods catered our wedding. The food was a hit and I heard from many guests that it was a highlight of the evening. Another incredible thing about Mary is that while she certainly makes delicious food, she's also got a knack for excellent ideas about how to plan, arrange, and carry out your event. We went into this looking for a caterer, but when she saw we needed a little extra help with other details, she stepped right up to offer advice. Not sure what we would have done without her. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a more smoothly run operation from Lionheart, and it was such a relief to be able to enjoy our wedding confident that Mary and her team were on top of things.
