- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Website Design/SEO/Submit to all search engines: $75/hour Content Writing: $75/hour Social Media: $750 - $2,500/mo - depends on the number of social media platforms. Rate is based upon 3-5 posts per day + engagement with fans and customers. All social media is linked from website and vice versa. Product Placement: $2,000 - $5,000 Press Releases: $65 + online submission fee, if any Tutoring, philosophy/english/psychology, understanding and help with essay writing: $65/hour Resumes: $50 *You can write your cover letter based upon your resume and you should because as an employer, I will be able to tell you didn't write it yourself if someone else does it for you. *Most information/resource websites take 5-10 hours to create/launch if client provides content. If content is needed, site development may take 24hours - 1 week. Depends on scope of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule time to speak over the phone via FaceTime to introduce myself and ask questions so I fully understand the clients needs/wants. Assess whether or not I can meet those needs/wants. 2. Email potential Client when I have a quote ready and schedule a follow-up FaceTime call. Typically within 24 hours of initial call. 3. Each project commences on either a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday morning for guaranteed turn around time. This depends on the overall scope of the project. 4. Upon closing and agreeing over terms, I will call and schedule a time to speak with Client to go over the emailed Services Agreement. This is optional if the Client has any questions regarding. 5. All projects require 33.3% down, 33.3% mid-way through project and 33.3% at time of delivery. Client may add additional projects to overall project, such as social media or professional writing, I.e. marketing materials. Payment is via Square/CC or if locally, check or cash. In some cases, Paypal will be accepted. 6. I will email updates and project status until project is completed. 7. Phone conferences and schedule will be agreed upon at signing of the agreement to confirm project stays on track to satisfied completion.
