I was feeling very good about my workplace performance, but wondering why I wasn't "feeling the love" from ownership. What was I doing, or NOT doing, in failing to get the recognition I was certain I'd earned. Her insight into the variance of personalities (including mine) helped my understand the bigger picture, and quickly guided me right I was trying so hard to go. For every scenario presented, Charley has continued to provide the most productive path for me. It's made me a better person, performer, and teammate.

My experience as a client of Charlie's has literally been life changing. My life's expectations unexpectedly changed on many levels, simultaneously. Where I typically work through life's challenges, I realized that help would be needed at this particular juncture.
