- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a service call charge of 120$ if in New Orleans that includes anything in an hour and anything else over is an hourly rate @ 90$ . That is plumbing rates for other work it's 55$ an hour plus materials.

A customer wanted natural gas tiki torches but didn't want to buy the prefabricated ones at over 1000$ a piece . I designed a tiki torch and pole in one , had a welder build them , 7 @ 55$ a piece, ran all underground gas lines , installed tikis, did finishing touches to make them water and wind proof . Put 4 at corners of jacuzzi and 3 down walk way into back yard . It took 2.5 days and a total of 2900$ to complete . See my profile pics .
