- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with each client to create a customized quote that fits what they need and provides them with the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by talking with the customer about their expectations for the photos and maintain steady conversation in order to make sure I meet and exceed the expectations. For any kind of photography, I'll be in contact before the shoot or event to know the specifics of what the customer needs. During the shoot I'll be making sure that I am getting the results they expect and if possible something better. After this, I will edit a high percentage of the photos from which the customer can pick the desired number. If the client wants more photos than the original package selected, they have the option to purchase them. If it is a design project, I'll communicate throughout the length of the project with the customer to ensure that the design is what they need and meets the parameters set at the beginning.
