- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm open minded and flexible to the customers wishes and desires. I believe listening to the customer is important and understanding his personal involvement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer its important to understand you need to gain trust and confidence. The ability to connect and understand how to build a relationship first as they say with true Southern Hospitality its about "Making a friend first"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Salzburg Hotel and Restaurant management school. I've managed and cooked in many fine hotel companies like The Ritz Carlton and Sun International.
