- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for return customers. I require a deposit to reserve me for every design project. Clients are invoiced every 3-5 hours of design, depending on your preference and budgetary constraints. This excludes any subscription costs, but I will make you well aware of any expenses on my end before they're accrued. Pro tip: get an instant discount when you email me directly for your detailed quote! State taxation applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I recommend we discuss the details of the project so I better understand what you need. We can establish a timeline during this time. I'll send you a detailed breakdown of my quote to your email. Once you approve the proposed amount, you'll be asked to review and sign an agreement for the design work. With an easy pay link, you'll put down a deposit to reserve me for the project. We'll remain in communication throughout the next two weeks to make sure your design needs are being met and make any necessary changes as your design is being developed according to those needs. I try to make this as easy as possible! (And fun!)
