I had done a valiant effort on my own to get rid off the bugs, but I made some crucial mistakes. I got great information from 3 exterminators, but in the end Ross was able to inspire me with his answers. I also liked his assurance that he would send me "his best guy" and that he was willing to dispatch a second person if truly needed. In the end, his 10-year veteran employee handled it all on his own. He was super knowledgeable - I still had many questions - courteous, efficient and he went above and beyond (putting together our new bed frame and encasing the mattress). I am not sure yet if I am out of the woods - waiting for the follow up visit to confirm - but at least we have a bed again and I can sleep soundly again. I highly recommend Eden, Ross and his crew. Do it sooner rather than later!
