I have worked with Tamara to try and bring balance into my life as well as resolve some issues I was having. I would highly recommend her as I've benefited greatly from her guidance. She asks the right questions which helped me see things in a new light. Tamara is very intelligent and compassionate and there is never any judgement, just encouragement and support. I have also participated in her meditation sessions which are wonderful.
