Introduction: My customers' feedback is they appreciate the questions I ask and the detail and work I put into making their relationships the best it can be -- whether it is through officiating, coordinating, counseling or coaching. Also, I'm a strong believer in asking the difficult questions in order to be real about who each person is in the relationship. I can easily join clients in their processes, listening to what they want and reflecting who they are. I enjoy seeing how couples come together and hearing their stories. Also, sometimes the process can feel stressful, so I use humor whenever I can. It's important to be real, and valuable to have a person who can have a positive, honest perspective of your relationship. My clients tell me that I have a good balance of teaching and counseling. Also, I often see what needs to be done before someone asks me to take care of it. I look for ways to make your special day run smoothly, so everyone can enjoy the reason you came together. As a counselor, I use an approach of us working together to give you the outcome you want. I enjoy seeing how couples come together and hearing their stories. Being able to join them in their story is such a wonderful journey to be a part of. Everyone needs a person who cares about the outcome and who appreciates the process. I really do. I want my clients to have no worries before or on their wedding or commitment day. Also, I want my clients to see the value in their relationships. I love going beyond my clients' expectations, so they can enjoy just being together on their special day, and in life.

I grew up near Palo Alto, CA, which is a place known for high suicide rates and depression/anxiety among adolescents because of the high pressure culture of Silicon Valley. Like many other teens, I felt pressured to succeed, but the constant love and support that I got from Meredith was part of what helped me stay grounded and develop into the person that I am today. Through her interpersonal skills and exceptional insight into difficult social and emotional situations, Meredith helped me understand how to navigate various difficulties in my life while staying true to myself. I am now a sophomore at Dartmouth College, and she has continued to be a close friend. Thank you, Meredith, for everything.

Meredith is an amazing person to know and collaborate with. She is the sort of person you can tell your darkest secrets to, and you know that there will be no judgment; if anything, there will be curiosity and a wish to know and understand more. What's more is she's usually a supportive aid. She's an amazing listener, which of course extends to her extraordinary abilities in counseling. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat a bit over the phone or Skype. If that goes well, we would meet in person, if necessary. Depending on the service, we would make a plan of meetings in person, over the phone or Skype.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many degrees in various subjects- English, education, theater, marriage and family therapy. All of these degrees definitely allows me to be organized, well-spoken, well-written, charismatic, educated on relationships, and so much more. I have worked in education for over 15 years, and as a therapist for 3 years.
