Introduction: I enjoy helping my clients get/stay in shape. Fitness is something that I am very passionate about. and I love sharing that with my clients. I believe that a healthy body is directly linked to a healthy mind and spirit. My sessions are challenging, but at the end, my clients are always left feeling great, limber, and healthier. My sessions begin with a Pilates class focusing on the Power House (abs, arms, glutes, legs). Increasing core strength, balance, and coordination. Followed by a stretching session focusing on lengthening and stretching muscles to help fix flexibility and posture.

Dale has been an amazing instructor. He asked my goals and helped me get ready to fit into my *required* suit for a holiday wedding. We met the goal and I looked amazing. Now its January and we are continuing the journey. He provides hands on, fun and clear instruction. We have had lots of fun and honestly that is why I have continued on this journey. If its not fun then its not happening. So have set new goals for 2016 and look forward to meeting them with Dales help.

I have had several personal training sessions with Dale, with the focus being pilates and stretching. He brings many gifts to his work, including clarity in his explanation of exercises (helpful for someone like me who is directionally challenged!!), patience, good humor, and constant encouragement. He is not in a rush to get through the routine, and it seems as if he is a good judge of a client's progress, and plans for the next session accordingly. In my estimation he is well worth the time and money. I'm very happy to have gotten to know him, as he is a sweet and caring guy, and I appreciate his expertise. I totally recommend him.

I found Dale to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in explaining each exercise and exactly what part of the body it was strengthening. He took his time and developed a plan that was fitted just to me. He was friendly, punctual and flexible. I would recommend Dale to anyone who is serious about improving their health and fitness.
