What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are commensurate with my level of experience and with great outcomes. I tend to charge on the higher end of the fee spectrum, I will consider small fee reductions in some cases. Most of my patients receive some insurance reimbursement if they have medical insurance which allows for out of network services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please note I have two offices, on the Upper East Side and on Union Square. I typically have a no charge phone consultation with a new client and then arrange a first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a New York State licensed Social work, I also have many years of post graduate training as well as an Ivy League education with a great deal of scientific research experience.
