Introduction: Update: My name is Karl Scott. I am certified currently by The National Academy of Sports Medicine. A large amount of outdoor work can be done before it gets to chilly. Come join me. If you are looking for a place to train outdoors with no crowds, I have an answer. I am testing an outdoor area that will require no distancing from others because you will be training alone. The equipment will include kettlebells, battling ropes, TRX and more. No crowds at all. For you, I suggest a mat, latex gloves and you are good to go. 8am - 11 am. I recognize that you are unique. A Full Stack Fitness Coach is an individual that understands how to apply different fitness disciplines to a client for the client's benefit. I understand that everyone is unique and has different needs. Everybody reacts differently to different foods and exercise. Lets work together to get you healthy and strong. I works on taking the guess work out of your fitness and finding the specifics and or science that work for you. Nutrition is a very important factor to achieving your fitness goals. Good nutrition makes exercising easier. With that in mind I offer an approach that lets you know what foods work for you and your health and wellness goals plus what exercise approach will work for you based on your nervous system and metabolic type. I am a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor (CMTA, which I've been for over 12 years). What is Metabolic Typing®? Metabolic Typing® is a scientific approach to health that carefully looks at your unique digestive system and recommends the specific foods and supplements that support your metabolism. This program can help you stabilize your weight and improve your overall health and energy. Metabolic Typing® is based on the principle that everyone responds to different foods based on their genetic make-up. This make-up determines whether we simply convert the foods we eat into the energy we need, or does our hormonal system step into the process and change how we deal with those foods. No one knows why these different Metabolic Types® evolved, but it was probably due to the conditions that our various ancestors encountered in their quest for survival many thousands of years ago. You will start with a extensive screening that will address the foods you eat, how it affects your sleep, eating, detoxification, and digestion. It is from that point we will discuss the results and then you plan of action. If we agree your results require further investigation, my suggestion would be that you receive an Advance Metabolic Typing Test. The result of this test will be up to 20 pages of information on the specifics that relate to you food and well being including analysis of your Autonomic (nervous system) Type, Oxidative (carbohydrate burning) Type, dominant gland, blood type and more, a sample of which you can see from above. My plan will also give you a list of 300 foods like the one above in the media section that display color-coding for easy usage – Green for "Ideal" foods, bold for "Neutral" foods, italics for "Caution" foods, and red for "Avoid" foods. The results of your clinical testing will disclose your unique Metabolic Type and how your body actually responds to different foods. What Can You Expect from Your Customized Diet Program? Karl is great, I have now worked with him for 3 weeks and I have been really enjoying our sessions. He is incredibly professional, thoroughly assesses your needs and prepares as well as modifies your workout accordingly. He is an experienced trainer and uses a wide array of training modules to include TRX, kettle bells, weights, High Intensity Interval Training, Kick boxing and Pilates among others. Karl has certainly given me the motivation to train harder and even within the first three weeks I can see significant difference in strength and endurance as well as body shape. I have been going to the gym for years but have never had such a shift particularly in such a short period of time. Above all Karl is very pleasant to work with and takes your fitness and health very seriously.

Karl has a wealth of experience, incorporating new methodologies as well as tried and true techniques. He has created a program that suits my needs and level of training. Karl's method emphasizes form and the right technique of execution, which makes my progress fast and apparent. Karl is tough and challenges me to push harder to achieve my desired goals and also learn about my body in ways I didn't imagine before. My exercises vary thereby making it challenging and fun at the same time. In the past three weeks the following has happened. Because of the diet and exercise that Karl utilizes, I have lost 7 lbs. My body fat is down as well. People have noticed the changes physically plus I now fit in clothes that I bought last year that Until recently were too tight. I made the right decision in working with Karl and he makes me laugh too.
