- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for the guest to get a feel for my type of cooking. I like to get a feel for the customers taste in food. Then I like to create a custom menu for the customer. If the guest likes the menu, I am ready to start. I do all the shopping, cooking and clean up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the food industry for over ten years. I have worked in the fine dining industry for most of my career, working for some of the top chefs in the country/world from Gary Danko to Micheal Mina. I have also worked for events such as the Food and Wine Pebble Beach to working at the Relais Chateux Grand Tasting in New York City.
