The team at Engineering Technologies designed the MEP for my apartment in NYC and they were great. They were very receptive to what I wanted (and didn't want) and they were always available to help out the contractor anytime there was a question about the mechanical/plumbing/electrical install. It's been a year since the apartment was completed and I can honestly say looking back that they were a great team to work with.
