Corley's Catering provided services for my wife's surprise 40th birthday celebration in late 2015. While I know the owner well I had never used her services professionally. Corley's Catering was accommodating and professional with me from meeting me near my job to plan the menu to ensuring that delicious food was there on time on the day of the event. We had friends and family (with discriminating tastes) there as well so the food, set up and customer service had to be on point. Corley's Catering is a growing small business and is worth giving a try for your event.

Prompt, courteous & jovial personality. Forward thinking by bringing extra alcohol, mixers & calling ahead to inquire about garnishes. Came up with creative cocktails after the signature cocktails were finished. Will definitely hire again.
