- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tailor our price to the budget of the client and are very open and transparent about costs. It's important to be upfront and communicative from the onset of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take the time to understand what a client really envisions for the space they are renovating. Our biggest concern is making sure we are on the same page in terms of budget and timing. We like to nail down as many details as possible early in the process to avoid any miscommunications.

Our family-run business has been operating for over fifty years in Manhattan.
