- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're usually happy to have conversations and brainstorm sessions before ever talking about price. We generally work on a monthly retainer. But in some instances we work on projects (with a pre-determined project cost), or on an hourly basis (for leaner projects).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a three-step approach when it comes to helping clients with brand marketing: (1) identify business goals + market opportunities (2) develop a strategy and (3) manage brand marketing campaigns of all types and sizes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and have over 10 years of experience helping companies be smarter and more effective with their marketing efforts.
