FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am quite flexible, so I like to work as soon as the customer would like me to. I believe professionalism is always a must, so I try to make sure that the details are clear on both sides. I do not rush, or push deadlines, which is why I always communicate thoroughly with the customer to understand specific timelines for projects, the budgeting, and if possible, I always try and leave time before the work is due to actually finish it to really ensure that it is up to par.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied art and political science at Yale University, which is where I gained the foundation for my writing and video editing skills. I've also been employed as a video editor, as well as a writing coach on a semi-regular basis. Most of the work that I do as a freelancer today ranges from editing essays, or short-fiction stories, to editing videos, transcription work, and I also do content writing for several blogs.
