I am a chef by trade, but I would be a chef even if I did not cook for a living. I love food and I love to cook. All of my restaurants use Viking Ranges and Ovens. At home I also use Viking exclusively. They are a great appliance, made to last, and always perform like they just rolled off of the line. That is if you maintain them. Lately I have been too busy to maintenance my appliances, so I called up the goo people over at Viking appliances U.S. and set up a service appointment to have my kitchen appliances cleaned and serviced. I have used Viking Appliances several times in the past and they always do a great job at a very reasonable price. They sent William out to work on our appliances. We have worked with him before, and he is a really good technician. He really knows his stuff. We had him service the Viking 30” Professional Gas Range, the Viking Double Oven and the Sub Zero Refrigerator Freezer, The Sub Zero Wine Cooler, and our Bosch Dishwasher. He was there all day on a Saturday and he had to return on Monday with a few parts. When he was finished I was blown away by how clean everything looked as well as how well everything was working. It was like we had all new appliances. That is why I call Viking Appliances U.S. they always do a great job, and the price is always very reasonable. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Professional, fast and efficient. We are so pleased that we called Extrem Experts to repair Dacor cooktop. We spilled liquid on the cooktop on the fourth of July and shorted out the entire appliance. I called them that day they returned the call on the holiday. The next morning Steven was here as promised and fixed out problem in one visit for a reasonable price. We will be using them again for our repair needs!

I call Extrem Experts for all my Thermador brand repairs. I love the fact that they send you the same Thermador Oven Appliance Repair technician every time. You get to know and trust them. I feel my technician John is honest and trustworthy and I respect his professional opinion. He worked hard to fix my oven and has never steered me wrong. Thanks John!

I have a large two door U-line refrigerator freezer that was no longer getting cold. U-line Refrigerator Repair technician was able to come the next morning at 10 AM. The young repairman named Steven from the Extrem Experts was right on time and got started right away. After a few minutes of initial diagnosis, he determined the refrigeration unit needed to be recharged. Steven did the recharge quickly and efficiently and neatly. I was impressed how knowledgeable and confident he was in his work. I wished all repairmen worked as smart and efficiently as Steven did. He represents Appliance a Masters very well.
