Fifteen years in restaurant experience, self teachings, professional ad-hoc classes, and personal one-on-one training has given me confidence in the kitchen.I am excited to share my talent with you!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As the unofficial caterer of events in my undergraduate and graduate programs, I moved to New York City and created a business from my passion. Whether an intimate group of friends or a large event of 300+, we give 110% for each client!
