I enjoy getting to know clients from the inside out! Literally! During our first video meeting I ask about their lifestyle, favorite foods, commute, job and their health, diet and weight loss history. Once I get to know the client as a whole, I can then work with them to find an action plan that suits all of their needs!

The acrobat was so pleasant to work with. She made me feel like any change was possible and within reach. Although I had to make some major dietary changes, none were too drastic and I never felt that I would be unsatisfied with my food options. She is the best dietician I have ever worked with!
