- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love to find out what the pain points of each audience is to ensure that we are a good fit for one another. I schedule a phone call so that I can hear more about your event, your audience, and your end goal. Then we put together the exact plan of action as to how long the presentation will be and what will be the takeaway points.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've gone through public speaking training and have a coach who has helped me immensely to ensure I serve the customer at the highest level possible.
