- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I seek to understand my clients' unique coaching needs and craft a personalized proposal for them in terms of the number of sessions and the price per session. I offer discounts if the clients commits to four to six sessions. The typical price per session ranges from $175 to $250, depending on the clients requirements, the location of the coaching sessions, and whether the session is in person (in Manhattan, New York) or by phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a free consultation to better understand the client's coaching needs. I ask the client to send me a copy of their resume before the consultation, as well as answer a few questions about themselves. After the free consultation, I'll provide a personalized proposal / quote via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Associate Certified Coach by the Internal Coach Federation (ICF). I also have an MBA from UCLA. I have also gone through a large number of internal trainings on topics such as Negotiations, Presenting with Charisma, Leadership, Impact and Presence, as well served as the instructor of Google courses such as, Unconscious Bias, Bias Busting at Work, Innovation Best Practices. I've led numerous resume writing and job interviewing workshops.
