FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $120 for a 90 minute session OR $90 for a 60 minute session. I recommend a 90 minute session for all my clients- the practice of yoga takes time for students to open up to so the more time the deeper it can become.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session is typically spent getting to know each other a bit, so that we can determine what services the customer may be looking for. With private instruction, most people have ideas in mind of what they may be looking for. If they do, I am more than happy to cater to their needs. If the customer may not be so sure, I am more than ready to lead yoga and meditation that will be of benefit to the practitioner. I am very flexible with my style of teaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied yoga at the Nepal Yoga Academy in Bhaktapur, Nepal last year and completed my first 200 hour teaching training program. This program taught me the fundamentals of leading others through yoga and opened my eyes to what yoga actually is.
