We had a great experience with Brooke taking care of our three cats while on vacation. We have an elderly cat in poor health that requires medication twice daily. Brooke took care of my cat Milo while I was away. Milo was very calm and the apartment looked great. My apartment didn't smell at all, no litter outside of the litter box. Brooke updated me almost daily with text and pictures on WhatsApp.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a $5 meet-n-greet to make sure everyone is comfortable with each other! Or a FaceTime/Zoom meeting is free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a flight attendant for ten years, piano teacher for seven years, and petsitter for the past 11 years (although I've had pets all my life!).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with your gut- you want to leave your pets with someone trustworthy. If it doesn't feel right, don't do it!
