- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my degree in Culinary Arts at "L’Ecole des Gourmets" in Paris, France. My experience includes catering family lunches and dinners in Paris, France, as well as New York.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this type of job in France. At the end of my culinary studies I had the opportunity and the chance to assist a chef, Mrs Geneviève LENAIN, during commercial receptions for Parisian Companies. Development and production of customized menus or cocktail for customers, set up and decoration of space.
