FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of packages. I don't want my pricing that I send over to scare anyone away. Though I will never be your cheapest option, I know where my value is and what I can offer. That being said, I offer discounts based on number of lessons, travel time, subject, etc. Please never hesitate to contact me to discuss pricing further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From start to finish, it's attention to detail and 24/7 lines of communication. I always tell my students that they can reach out to me with any questions they have. I'm not a monster (or a lawyer), I don't charge by the minute. I;m happy to help my students as best as I can whenever I can,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a secondary education degree from NYU and have been tutoring for the past 5 years. I started helping my students with common applications and decided to pursue this as a new offering. In the last 2 years, I've helped over 50 student gain acceptance to their top 3 University choices.
