- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically before taking on a project I like to chat with you to discuss your vision or theme for the event. If we’re meeting in person, I will ask that you bring pictures or magazine clippings for inspiration otherwise you may email the attachments. Following our conversation, I will draft a cost sheet which will include the services you have requested along with the fees required by each vendor. Quotes may be adjusted at any point to better suit your needs. Upon agreement, a 40% deposit and signed contract will be required. Once these items are secured, the planning process begins :)
