- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate for 50 minutes sessions is $160. For some day time hours I am able to provide a discount. I see counseling clients face to face. For coaching clients I can meet with them over the phone or over video chat. We can also create packages for those who are coaching clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk through the Intake Form I provide them. I gather a history of symptoms, health and level of impact the presenting problem has in the client's life. I listen, support, encourage. I'm a compassionate counselor. We agree on the general direction and approach to therapy. I help new clients understand the importance of the relationship between client and therapist and some level of trust is a must.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling and I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I am also a Board Certified Coach along with a being a certified consultant with many assessments like MBTI, EQ-i 2.0, The Birkman Method, and others.
