My speaking/consulting/coaching process uses a proven 4 phase methodology to bring about the desired results. The 4 Phases are: 1- Diagnostic – Identify hindering challenges/concerns against strength/abilities 2- Modification/Execute – Create a plan to implement solutions 3- Breakthrough – A motivational drive to bring about needed changes 4- Growth – Build on what works
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lemzel graduated from Tougaloo College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He earned his master degree in Leadership Education from Mid-America Christian University. For more than two decades Lemzel has motivated thousands to have hope in the mist of adversity. He has worked with families in the inner cities of Jackson, MS; Decatur, AL; Ardmore, OK; and Memphis, TN as a homeland missionary. The motto he lived by was "Nurture the poor to independence." Through that he was passionate about giving more than a handout but about showing steps to live life with purpose. Today, he's a strategic motivational consultant to many businesses and companies around the country. He motivates with a purpose of helping to clarify the problems first then guiding and directing strengths towards growth and development.
