Introduction: With over 15 years of experience under my belt, I have designed a specific style for achieving the goals of my clients! I'm very detailed oriented and pride myself on exceptional work. My work experience ranges from administrative, business operations, meal planning, floral design, large-scale event planning and Health & Wellness Coaching as a Practioner in Bioenergetics feedback. However now most of my concentration is on health & fitness coaching through the lenses of Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, Biofeedback and Nutritional Sports & Fitness. My passion is on creating a lifestyle that one will thrive in. I focus on a minimalistic approach to reduce habits and routines that cause blockers and inhibit one from reaching their ultimate goals. So much of diet and lifestyle directly affects our full potential. I want to help unlock what that full potential is for each person.
