- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing because everyone's garages are different, and each persons taste varies on the type and style of the door and motors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you call and describe your problem, we would set up a time to come out and look at the door for a free estimate. If you have already gotten an estimate and have it in writing we will beat it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the business. I am the 3rd generation. I have been Installing and repairing garage doors for 15 years now. The business has been open for over 60!
