FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. I will work with my customers to provide a good product with their budget in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and talk with potential customers. Find out in more detail what expectations they have. I will provide references on request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I entered DelCastle Vocational in the tenth grade and furthered my passion by entering their carpentry program and for the next 3 years I focused on cabinetmaking. After graduation I continued to refine my skills by working with the prestigious Andrews and Beers for furniture and cabinetmaking. I learned to build reproduction furniture and “one of a kind” designs. I was fortunate to have several pieces displayed around the country from New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Natural History, Lobbies in Washington D.C. and Wilmington Delaware, my home town and private residences as far away a Puerto Rico. I have provided furniture and cabinets for members of the joint chiefs of staff of the USA, Bank executives and the family next door. I have been very fortunate to have worked under many very skilled craftsmen over the years and finally reached the skill level of pattern maker about the age of 25. Over the years I too have tried to pass on through Apprenticeships the skills I have learned. One important lesson I like to hold dearly to and pass along is that every job is a reflection on the skill of the craftsmen, no different than the artist that he is and to take pride in the resulting product. What I offer is confidence to my customers that my service to you will meet the high standards that I have practiced all of my life because it is my reputation.
