- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to make sure are our prices are competitive, but creating a specific price list is difficult since housecleaning rates are usually customized to a specific client and space. We do operate on a flat fee. During the years we have been in business, we found it to work best for us and our clients. We do not like to be in rush and we leave the house when the job is done - not when the timer is out. We do offer discounts for our regular clients, referral discounts, holiday specials as well as Veteran discounts. We do bring our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies. There in no addition to the price, because we choose to use environmental friendly products. We do it, because we believe we can make a change (and also because we just love Mrs. Meyer's products!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually ask about the details of the project - when and how would you like your project to be done. We do our best to make booking process as easy as possible. We need details, time and place - the rest is on us! We are more than happy to give you a free estimate in person, over the phone, or e-mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The house cleaning industry is a tricky one. One of the most popular myth is that if we clean our own houses, so we can mine as well clean others, right? Unfortunately, not in many cases. We have several years of experience providing high quality housecleaning services and we are proud of our experience gained through years of residential cleaning as well as the founder past experience gained through work in the finest, five-star hotels in Europe. We stay in daily touch with other professionals and experts in the industry and we enjoy learning from them and stay up-to-date with new technologies.
