- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on your choices. A typical custom suit will begin at $800 and increase based on your desired cloth. A typical custom shirt will begin at $147 and increase based on your desired cloth. We do sell suit and shirt packages. The entry level executive package retail $1500 includes 1x two piece suit and 5x dress shirts The executive package retail $2850 includes 2x two piece suit, 10x dress shirts and 1x casual/sport button down shirt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a consultation and fitting. We listen to you so we may learn about you; what do you do for a living, for recreation. We ask about your closet and if we may see a favorite suit, tie and shirt. We will then review fabric swatches after narrowing down selections based on your likes/dislikes. Once we identify fabrics you like we begin designing your custom garments. The process is simple! Usually the initial consultation and fitting lasts 90 minutes. A few weeks later we return with your garments for the final fit and mark out any areas where alterations may be required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unlike many "custom' clothes sellers, we have undergone extensive training in body measuring, pattern making and garment making so we can deliver you your garments with little to no alterations required.
