Purple Glove won my business because of their proactiveness and responsiveness. They were amenable to same-day service and agreed to come at short-notice. They checked in advance regarding available supplies. Anne arrived promptly, she was in touch the whole time, updating us about traffic related delays. She did a thorough job in cleaning the apartment. This was a move-out cleaning so thoroughness was a priority. We were quite satisfied with the service.
