- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by the hour for most services. Some progects will require a job price. We are very transparent and upfront. We do not have any hidden add on fees. We are consumers ourselves and know the importance of not being surprised with extra exspenes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client or potential client we understand they want to get to know us and we also want the same. I have no problem answering any questions they may have to insure they feel confident. We would meet at the job to go over the needs and expectations. Then we usually will email a estimate within 24hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had training in septic install witch includes plumbing. (pressure /non pressure) Safety in trenching and confined spaces. Supervisor 1 and 2 plus field experiences.
