- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing include: $ 90.00 for each individual session of 60 minutes. $320.00 for package of 4 sessions $560.00 for package of 8 sessions I do offer 1/2 free coaching on the first session which makes it 1 1/2 hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I have a conversation with the customer to find out the reason for seeking a coach, what is their area of concern and what do they need to accomplish. After identifying the source of the issue, I set up a schedule of meeting either weekly, biweekly or once a month. I have a four step process to help my clients to accomplish their goal. First is identifying, second step is to help them to believe that they can achieve it, then be the support when the setbacks show up, and the last is to create a plan to move them forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have AA degree in Human Services and studied Psychology. Then I got interested in learning about Interior Design which I believed it helped me to find beauty in any dysfunctional space and change it to something amazing. After all I became extremely passionate about the art of Coaching, I studdied another 2 years and of coaching and one year of training with given clients to me. I have been working as a coach, helping women, men and teenagers for the last 6 years.
