Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have had my business for over 20+ years. I am a presently retired professional ballerina from a career that spanned almost 30 years. I also am a recreational and competing runner and cyclist. I have a bachelor degree from UCI in Dance with a specialty in Kinesiology, NASM Certification and a post rehab certification . I have extensive experience with back, knee, shoulder and hip issues not only from my personal experience but professionally. My diverse clientele has ranged from 10 years of age to 90 . I believe in functional training and use body weight, bands, balls, TRX and weights as my modalities. I believe that training is a partnership not a dictatorship working together for a goal . I take pride in my clients' abilities to stay strong, young and pain free. I enjoy each client and the ability to make a difference

As a professional ballerina Erin understands body movement better than anyone. She will train athletes in any sport to achieve their highest potential. If you dance she will train you to be stronger without getting bulky. she is the best!!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to take the 1st session to get to know my customer, strengths weaknesses and what, if any, issues and injuries. That assessment will lead to a strategy to achieve any and all desired goals safely and long term.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

No matter what trainer choose ,make sure that they not only have the education but that they are continuing to educate themselves. The trainer should listen to you and work with you not dictate to you ! Don't be afraid to ask questions or express concerns.
