- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I consider myself a fair priced plumber. I understand everyone has a budget. Im always considerate about keeping my pricing fair and reasonable. I know there is a lack trustworthy companies for residential service thus the reason for me sticking around for home owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request as much info from the customer via text, email or voice call. I try to obtain the most information for my self to prepare for the job. As well as to provide the most accurate bid. I also like to request if I can come out to the job location in person to bid the job. It's a very bad business decision to bid on a job without seeing what really needs to get done. Nobody likes surprises!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is on a daily basis. I learn something new everyday !
