- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes but I try for the most part to work with the customer within reason
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk face to face get their particulars try to give help and ideas. When finalizing the process I require a non refundable payment to secure the date
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on traning years of experience. Word of mouth of no complaints. Plus I always have a taste test with customers so they know what they're getting
